Luke the engineer was excellent, arriving promptly and quickly diagnosing what the issues were before resolving them speedily and efficiently. There was a small problem over the availability of the unit due to the heatwave but they sorted this out and actually supplied and fitted the unit in our bedroom ahead of schedule. The workmen including the electrican were prompt helpful and tidy. I was very impressed with the overall process and would recommend them. On Saturday 23rd May I had NO water and none  of the toilets would flush. It was a Saturday and Monday was the Bank Holiday, Matt was here after an hour of the emergency call.  He did a great job it was the tank in the loft he put in a new "thingy" dont know what they are called and checked everything was working correctly before he left. Had no problems since. We've just had our leaking copper cylinder replaced with a Gledhill Stainless Steel one that is more suitable for use with our air source heat pump. Matt has done a great job, he was an extremely nice chap and was clean and tidy whilst in our house. We are very pleased with the new installation.
